Billions in regional investments are being made in the state, with exciting projects and expansions in the works including Resorts World ($4 billion), the NFL stadium ($2 billion), Fontainebleau Resort ($1.7 billion), Wynn Paradise Park ($1.5 billion) and the Convention Center expansion ($1.4 billion).

Approximately 2.2 million people call Southern Nevada home, and the number expected to grow to 2.7 million by 2025.

More than 43 million visitors come to see the world-class entertainment on the famous Las Vegas Strip, and to experience the unique outdoor recreation sites like Red Rock Canyon and Lake Mead. Professional sports is also putting Nevada on the map, with new teams like Vegas Golden Knights (NHL), the Raiders (NFL), the Las Vegas Lights (USL) and the Las Vegas Aces (WNBA) creating buzz within the community.
